Request a repair. Step by step.
If an item breaks down within the warranty period, you can have it repaired by our own service warranty workshop, where our staff performs repairs according to the manufacturer's terms. Follow the steps below to request a repair.
1. Read the terms and conditions.
Always read our warranty terms first to see if the item is covered by the warranty.
2. Gather documents.
Gather the purchase invoice for the item (which you received by email) and the warranty certificate from the manufacturer (for extended warranty).
3. Submit your request.
- Contact our customer service and attach a clear photo and description of the defect.
- Attach your purchase invoice and the warranty certificate (for extended warranty).

4. Evaluation.
Our customer service will review your request and inform you within +/- 2 business days.
Is your purchase within the warranty?
You will receive feedback from our customer service regarding the estimated repair time and the next steps. You pay for the shipping costs, and we will send the item back at our expense after repair.
Is your purchase outside the warranty?
In this case, you will receive feedback from our customer service with an estimate, the expected repair time, and the next steps. You will pay all shipping costs.
Send items for repair
Our customer service will determine, in consultation, whether an item needs to be sent for repair. Always follow the instructions from our customer service and send your items to us in the way they specify.
Additional conditions
- Note: We charge €30 (excl. VAT) for inspection and processing fees for machines that are returned without repair.
- It is not possible to register your machine or submit the correct documents at a later stage.
- Items that are sent to us without prior registration will be returned. The costs for returning these items are your responsibility. The shipping costs for these shipments are (valid within the Benelux):
