Terms and Conditions for Panasonic and Toolnation Warranty

In addition to the statutory warranty, Panasonic offers an additional manufacturer's warranty. When you purchase Panasonic tools from Toolnation and register your purchase afterwards, you automatically receive 2 years of additional warranty from Toolnation!

What do you need to do to receive the Panasonic warranty and the additional Toolnation warranty?

After purchasing a Panasonic product from Toolnation, visit the Panasonic website and register your new machine, battery, or charger within 4 weeks of purchase. You will then receive a warranty and service certificate in the form of a PDF document. Please note that you must register each device separately.

What does Panasonic's manufacturer's warranty entail?

The Panasonic Warranty includes:

• 3-year warranty on cordless machines
• 1-year warranty on batteries and chargers

What does the additional Toolnation warranty mean?

At Toolnation, you will enjoy a total of 5 years of warranty on Panasonic power tools. In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, you will receive a 2-year Toolnation warranty after registering your purchase.

Please note: If your tool is not registered within 30 days, you will lose your right to the extra warranty from the manufacturer and from Toolnation. The additional warranty is valid for purchases of the brands listed from 01-09-2018.

Terms and Conditions

• For the additional 2 years of Toolnation warranty, the same warranty conditions apply as those from the supplier.
• Therefore, if you cannot register a Panasonic product with the manufacturer for an extended warranty, the additional Toolnation warranty does not apply.
• The Toolnation warranty does not apply to products or product groups that are excluded by the manufacturer for an extended warranty period.
