Professional Block Cutters for a good price

A fast-working and reliable block cutter is what every road worker, floor fitter and gardener wants in his work. Problem-free cutting gives the continuity and time savings that are needed. Quality tools are therefore an investment that quickly pays for itself. Standing still during a job because of poor quality materials or tools ultimately costs much more. Our block cutters are equipped with a fixed blade and a spindle. Applications include cutting tiles, tail stones, keystones and natural stone. The large cutting width and cutting height make cutting thick stones or keystones a simple and fast operation.
What is the difference from Sheet Cutters?
In addition to our compact lightweight block cutters, we also supply sheet cutters. These are mainly used for cutting baked stone materials. The cutting blade is made from loose and flexible carbide cutting teeth, which are spring-loaded in blade holders. This locking is both above and below. This springy working principle ensures that the cutting blade adapts to the stone surface and distributes pressure evenly across the stone. In addition, a number of hydraulic pistons ensure that the accumulated pressure is evenly distributed across the cutting width.
Our sheet cutters can handle a cutting pressure of up to 14 tonnes. With just one push of the button, an excellent cut is made. Stones with height differences can also be cut without any problems. This saves time, as you do not have to adjust the cutting height each time. The maintenance-free battery and fully automatic charger in the housing ensure continuity in the work.
